I sometimes get into difficulties with some Christians because they say I don’t believe the “right” things. What we think or believe certainly affects what we do, but a surer sign of what we believe is not what we say but what we do. And Jesus seems to have made that just about the only place he divided people. Did you feed the hungry, release the prisoner, clothe the naked?

Beliefs matter but maybe actions matter more? Anyway, that’s what I shall be thinking about at Trinity in the service on Sunday evening at 6.
